Students conduct interviews on our documentary trip to Vietnam.

Take your high school experience to the next level with classes that will elevate your learning and prepare you for success in college and beyond.  Whether it’s traveling to countries like Cuba or Vietnam to produce international documentaries, attending national conventions, or competing in film festivals, Media Arts classes give you real-world experience and a dynamic, creative break from your class schedule.

Media Arts classes are the only ones that give you skills employers are looking for, no matter what career path you take. These include:

If your interest is in Filmmaking, sign up with your counselor for Cinematic Arts 1.  There are not pre-requisites for this class.

If your interest is in Broadcast Journalism and working on the Mustang Morning News, apply for Broadcast Journalism 1.  Complete the online application.

All Media Arts classes satisfy the UC/CSU Visual Art requirement.
